Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders, so it's simple - If you really don't love our products, send them back within 30 days and we'll process your return.

In the event that you want to return your items, please send an email to support@milasimone.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please allow for 5 working days. If after this point you still haven’t received your refund, then contact your bank or credit card company.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
